Honeycomb has been used successfully for many years as means of straightening and directing air flow or changing turbulent flow into laminar flow. The thin cell walls provide an array of straight passageways with a maximum percent open area (95-99%), which results in a very low pressure drop and reduced turbulence and noise.

Honeycomb Flow/Fluid Straightener is an important device for flow field testing and analysis of cutting-edge technology innovations. We use advanced manufacturing technology to ensure high technical standards and international quality requirements of flow straightener. These Flow Straighteners are not only light in weight and has high strength but it also has high straightness throughout the honeycomb.

The honeycomb flow field is even and uniform to meet the characteristics of different flow field that has been used world wise in wind tunnel, water flow design and by companies for engine testing, aircraft testing and automotive testing etc.

Our clients may customize Flow Straightener by choosing, cell sizes from 6.4mm to 42mm A/F and depths up to 600mm. The maximum size we can manufacture for a honeycomb flow straightener is 2500 x 2500mm.
