Innovation
TCM, SCM, ZCM and CCM are sandwiched panels composed of such real metals as titanium, stainless steel, zinc or copper skin, and the fire-resistant core.
  • TCM has unparalleled corrosion resistance and fits to applications in a highly corrosive environment.
  • SCM is highly rust-resistant and is suitable for roofs and external claddings.
  • ZCM has a distinctive gray appearance that evolves through natural weathering.
  • CCM blends the natural beauty of copper with the flatness and formability of composite panels.

Titanium Composite Material

Titanium Composite MaterialHONYLITE™ Titanium Composite Material (TCM) is composed of a non-combustible mineral core sandwiched between a sheet of titanium on its surface, and a sheet of stainless steel on its back.

TCM allows architects to capture the unique look and feel of titanium while taking advantage of the superior flatness.

Light in weight, and amazingly easy to fabricate and install, TCM is ideal choice for the cladding of building exteriors, entryways, canopies, soffits, and fascias. Their strength and durability make them cost effective for the cladding of entire structures or for providing wonderfully distinctive accents.

Titanium is an inert, highly corrosion-resistant metal and can be installed utilizing fasteners and extrusions made of aluminum, stainless steel and galvanized steel.

Stainless Steel Composite Material HONYLITE™ Stainless Steel Composite Material (SCM) is composed of a non-combustible mineral core sandwiched between two stainless steel sheets on both sides.

SCM allows designers to capture a clean and bold look with a modern feel, providing a contrast to other materials in almost any environment.

Light in weight, and amazingly easy to fabricate and install, SCM is ideal choice for the cladding of building exteriors, entryways, canopies, soffits, and fascias. Their strength and durability make them cost effective for the cladding of entire structures or for providing wonderfully distinctive accents.

Compared with stainless steel plate, stainless steel composite offers increased formability and lighter weight and facilitating installation and handling. Due to the extreme toughness of stainless steel, special fabrication guidelines need to be taken into consideration.

Zinc Composite MaterialHONYLITE™ Zinc Composite Material (ZCM) is composed of a non-combustible mineral core sandwiched between two titanium-zinc alloy sheets on both sides.

ZCM combines the natural beauty of zinc with the flatness, durability, ease of fabrication. Titanium-zinc alloy can achieve life spans of 100 years due to its self-healing quality.

Titanium-zinc is a kind of unique material. It is alive and sensitive to light. On being exposed to air it forms light grey or bluish-grey zinc carbonate passive layer called patina, by natural action or artificial accelerated oxidation. The color will turn darker and darker with the climate erosion. Scratches and imperfections melt away over time as the natural patina develops and matures.

ZCM is very flexible in design application. It can be used in modern urban districts or in historic settings where a natural surface is desired to blend into the surroundings. ZCM can be installed with fasteners and extrusions made of aluminum, stainless steel, and galvanized steel.

Copper Composite MaterialHONYLITE™ Copper Composite Material (CCM) is composed of a thermoplastic core sandwiched between two thin sheets of copper.
CCM has a good atmospheric corrosion resistance with a lifetime potential of 100 years.

Furthermore, its appearance will form a protective patina which not only looks more elegant and classical, but also prevents from corrosion and gives depth to any building’s facade.

CCM offer designers, architects and building owners the rigidity of heavy-gauge sheet metal in a lightweight copper composite material.

Special machining and fabrication guidelines need to be taken into consideration due to the unique metallurgical properties of copper.
